At Reschcor, our customers are the most important aspect of our business. As the Director of Sales and Business Development, I have the opportunity to meet with prospective customers during the quoting process to understand their needs and show how Reschcor can support their growth. The following questions and answers reflect the most common inquiries received during the initial phases.

How many extrusion lines do you run?

Great question! At Reschcor we have 16 main extrusion lines and 6 co-extruders, consisting of both single and twin screw extruders.

Does Reschcor do co-extrusion? Do you do tri-extrusion?

We offer both co-extrusion and tri-extrusion. In fact, our plastic extrusion core competencies include wood composite extrusion, multi-hollow extrusion, Co-extrusion, Tri-extrusion, and Dual durometer extrusion.

Do you offer in-house fabrication?

Reschcor has a team of skilled engineers and tooling experts who do not hesitate when it comes to reviewing a new project. They work swiftly to sort out the details of your custom application. This includes crafting the design and finding solutions to specialty requirements for both in line and secondary fabrication.

What materials do you extrude?

To assist your team with defining specifications and requirements, Reschcor is equipped with a wide range of materials: Rigid PVC, Flexible PVC, Cellular PVC, Wood Plastic Composite, Fibrex, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Crystal Polystyrene, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, ASA, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, TPE, TPU

Can I transfer my existing tooling to Reschcor?

We are specialists at taking transferred tooling which can be modified and adapted for our equipment. We then work to find solutions that result in better tool performance for your business

Do you design and develop tooling?

We certainly do, we have a team of engineers who design and develop tools to meet our customers’ needs.

Is the design and development done in house?

When it comes to new profile/tool design, Reschcor is prepared with in-house capabilities which allow our engineering team to design and build specialty tools.

What markets do you serve?

Reschcor is a leader in taking on complex projects that others see as challenging and because of our ability to accomplish a wide array of custom extrusion profiles, we serve many industries.
