Rich has worked in the plastics industry and specifically extrusion since 1988 with a focus on quality and operations management. He joined the Reschcor team in 2010 as Production Manager and moved to the Purchasing and Materials role in 2015. Rich enjoys using his experience and relationships developed over the years to provide material solutions that ensure our customers are successful. His daily roles include scheduling production, negotiating, and procuring materials while ensuring we use them in the most efficient manner possible.

Michael Hochstedler

Michael has managed the computer network at Reschcor since 1993 and was hired onto the team as the IT Manager in 2007. He strives for excellence in his daily activities, which include keeping the computers and networked devices running smoothly, managing the data backup, and providing administrative support for software. He enjoys interacting with the internal staff to make certain their technology is up and running so they can work efficiently. In addition to his daily tasks, Michael enjoys being able to work with an exceptional group of people.

Scott joined the Reschcor team in November 2017. He has worked in the plastic industry for over 18 years, with more than 12 years managing the launch of automotive parts at a tier one supplier. His focus is on working with customers to successfully take parts from design to production. Scott looks forward to working as a team with customers throughout this process to ensure their expectations are fulfilled.

Beth joined the Reschcor team in 2020. She has experience in a broad range of human resources principles since 2007, mostly in a manufacturing environment. Beth enjoys developing and maintaining people strategies to align with the needs of the business and team members. She is also committed to the continuous improvement of HR processes and finding efficiencies. She continually strives for excellence to effectively create visions and meet challenges. One of Beth’s favorite aspects about working for Reschcor is her ability to be able to serve others, work towards a common set of goals, and maintain a core value-centered culture.

Ryan joined the Reschcor team in 2011. He started his plastic extrusion journey in 2001. Ryan finished his Business Degree while working full time at Reschcor. Ryan has an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing, which gives him the tools needed to efficiently keep the flow of materials in and out of Reschcor accurate. Ryan strives to meet our customer’s needs with a positive attitude and a strong team atmosphere.

Lenny Mzrozinski

Lenny joined Reschcor in 2005 after the construction of the new facility in Bristol, IN. Lenny has over 15 years of experience as a commercial electrician. He has an eye for detail and enjoys troubleshooting equipment and improving design as needed. Lenny and his team are responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of Reschcor’s equipment and facility. Lenny also partners with operations and vendors in the design and implementation of new equipment. He appreciates and values his team’s strong efforts. With over 80 years of collective experience, Lenny and his team have an immense desire to continuously improve the equipment, the facility and processes for our manufacturing team. Lenny is committed to operational excellence and strives to always find the root cause of any equipment challenge. He enjoys working for Reschcor because of the wonderful culture and his ability to learn something new every day.

Matt Martin

Matt joined the team at Reschcor in 2019. He is an Industrial and Systems Engineer that has demonstrated operational leadership excellence and positive growth in the commercial/residential electrical systems manufacturing industry since 1995. Matt fosters relationships both internal to the Reschcor Team as well as with customers and industry leaders and embodies the 5C’s of Communication, Collaboration, Culture, Creativity, and Commitment. He believes that Leadership of the Reschcor Team is a privilege and providing Outstanding Customer Service, leveraging a safe work environment with a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement is critical to assure our current and future customers success.

Chuck Marino

Chuck started with Reschcor in 2010. Chuck has been a sales management professional for over twenty-five years and the majority of his career has been spent in the plastics industry. His daily activities include building relationships, and finding solutions for customers, account management, prospecting, and increasing sales with current customers. Chuck thoroughly enjoys working out in the field calling on customers/prospects as well as the camaraderie of the team at Reschcor. He is dedicated to moving the company forward and succeeds in demonstrating the core values of Reschcor while working with customers and fellow team members.

Jim Reschly

Jim directly oversees maintenance and the overall operation of the facility. He started with the company in 1997 to assist in the design and building of custom equipment and has worked numerous positions as the need for talent arose. Jim enjoys finding solutions to problems and he enjoys working with vendors to design and build custom equipment.

One of his greatest professional achievements was in 2005 when he spearheaded the opening of a new Omega Plastics plant in Pennsylvania and had the plant fully operational and running production in two weeks’ time. In 2006, Jim and Tom became sole owners of the company. They acknowledge their skill sets complement each other well and their vision for the growth and success of Reschcor is united.

This vision is to create a company that is fair and honest, active in the community, and where individuals want to spend their whole career. Jim is diligent in his pursuit of talent to ensure every employee fits the culture and the family-like environment of the company. He believes in running a company where honesty and integrity are a given and his passion lies in being a positive contributor to the lives of all stake holders. He strives to see good things happen in other people’s lives and emulates this passion for greatness in his daily work.

Tom Reschly

Tom took on an ownership role in the privately-held company formerly known as Omega Plastics Corporation in 2002. He became President of the company in 2006. During his educational years, Tom was always active in the business part time as he assisted his father, one of Omega Plastics original founders. After obtaining a business degree, Tom spent a number of years working outside the company in sales, customer service, and financial services until returning to Reschcor full time in 1999.

As President, Tom works closely with all departments to make sure all facets of the business are in sync with a team oriented atmosphere. He strives to maintain positive relationships with his customers and vendors in order to create lasting partnerships which strengthen Reschcor’s ability to serve their customers.

Ultimately, Tom defines and communicates overall company strategy and assures Reschcor achieves goals in accordance with the company’s mission and values. One of these values is the strong integrity of all the employees and the pride that comes with manufacturing quality products. Tom takes pride in doing the right thing and passes this value along to his management team. He enjoys being proactive by finding solutions before problems arise.

Tom believes in fostering a work environment where each employee knows he/she is valued. He enjoys walking the floor on a daily basis to interact with his team and sharing customer success stories with employees. Since Reschcor is privately-held, Tom enjoys the freedom and flexibility of being able to ensure the customer’s needs are satisfied from project inception to completion.
