Reschcor Announces Plans for Expansion to a New Facility in Bristol’s Manufacturing Complex

Aug 4, 2014

Elkhart, IN – August 4, 2014 – Reschcor, a privately owned plastic extruder,  has announced building expansion plans at a conveniently located manufacturing complex on County Road 29 in Bristol, IN.  Reschcor has outgrown its capacity at their current, 51,000 sq. foot building.  The new building, of approximately 80,000 sq. ft. along with 30 acres of land, allows for growth in the plastic profile, pipe, and tubing segment as well as potential for future development. Additionally, Reschcor is investing in upgraded process systems and equipment.

The new building, which is contracted by J.A.Wagner Construction and sub-contracted by local excavators, electrical technicians and mechanical engineers, is expected to be finalized by December of 2015.  It is an exciting addition to the Bristol community as it represents dozens of new job opportunities over the next few years.  Reschcor was recently awarded as 2013 “Best Places to Work” (according to PlasticsNews) and the new facility will allow employees to utilize their skills more fully.

“The new facility will allow us to utilize a much more efficient manufacturing layout to further boost production capacity and also increase space for finished goods.  In addition, we are adding training rooms and a meeting place for all employee meetings, which we feel is critical in communicating to all team members. Ownership and management will remain the same and we will continue to provide innovative solutions to our customers’ plastic profile and tubing needs.”  Tom Reschly, President of Reschcor
