Reschcor was originally formed as Omega Plastics Corporation in 1982 in Elkhart, Indiana by several local business people who saw an opportunity to serve local manufacturers. This group, comprised of individuals with extrusion and tooling experience, sought to offer quality products, innovative solutions, and valued customer relationships.
Beginning with only two extrusion lines and limited manufacturing space, the company quickly outgrew their capacity within the first two years. In 1983, the operations were moved to a larger facility on Middlebury Street in Elkhart and over the next several years additional extrusion lines were added.
In 2012, Omega Plastics was re-branded to Reschcor to more closely align with a refined strategic vision for the company. It was during this period of rapid growth that Reschcor built a brand new one-of-a-kind extrusion facility in Bristol, IN. In August 2015 the company moved all operations to the new facility in Bristol, Indiana, nearly doubling manufacturing and warehouse space. It was an opportunity to upgrade critical process equipment and also reorganize the entire workflow of the facility to improve efficiency. The new facility is located on 33 acres and the entire development of the new site was done with future growth of the company in mind.
Through much hard work and dedication of a great team of people, Reschcor’s business continues to grow steadily and consistently. Many satisfied customers and valued vendors continue to refer new customers. Today, Reschcor is considered a key strategic partner for hundreds of satisfied customers from numerous states and several countries.

More than 30 years after Omega Plastics originally opened for business, Reschcor is proud to be a privately held company that still holds steadfast to the original founding principles and continues to operate in the best interest of all stakeholders.
