Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene or ABS, is an amorphous thermoplastic polymer commonly used in injection molding and extrusion. What is ASA?

Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate or ASA, is an amorphous thermoplastic elastomer developed as an alternative to ABS. ASA was created to be a stronger ABS, improving on many of ABS’s qualities like weathering, UV resistance and resistance to stress cracking.
